Twelve acres near the town of Vashon (walking distance) with water and sewer, eight acres of which are in protected wetlands. Site plan includes 18 single-family homes, common house and gardens.

Vashon is an island just west and south of Seattle with a population of about 10,000. Ferries connect us to West Seattle, the Kitsap Peninsula and Tacoma and a passenger-only ferry connects us to downtown Seattle 6 days/week. We like to think of ouselves as rural in character (we do have a lower capita per square mile than anywhere around us), rich in arts and environmental activities and with a cohesive sense of community.
